Project QA Scanner is a lightweight Python utility for scanning Unity project folders for common project hygiene and asset-management problems.

It currently detects:

  • Missing .meta files
  • Orphaned .meta files
  • Duplicate Unity GUIDs
  • Byte-identical duplicate assets
  • Oversized files
  • Suspicious filenames
  • Empty folders

The scanner never modifies your project. It generates a standalone HTML report so you can inspect potential problems yourself.

This is an early release. More QA checks and workflow improvements are planned based on feedback.
